Yoni looked around at everything that was going on in this class now. "Well atleast there is some action in this class"he said to himself as he had seen how the professor took 5 points from Gryffindor thanks to Neville, but what was 5 points, Ravenclaw had allready lost 20 so it wasn't really problem and besides Neville didn't want their house to lose points and Yoni felt something inside him that he should jump up and talk to this professor about both his manners as his teaching methods, but it probably would be the smartest thing that he just was quiet, to prevent their house from losing any more points.
Yoni looked at how Izzie got up from her table because she was asking if she could help the professor with something and his reaction was way out of line, he had called her that she would become a whore. Even though Izzie wasn't from his house, he still felt that he had something to say and he got up from the table slowly. "Professor, I don't think calling your students whores is allowed within this castle"he said as he wanted to sound as friendly as could be possible, but he couldn't help it that there was also a sound of anger mixed with it. "She just wanted to help"he said as he looked at the professor.
He then watched the professor turning to him after he had given Katara detention for what, he had no idea what she had done wrong, just because some words had escaped her lips she was getting detentions. "And you give detention for just talking aswell?"he asked him, he couldn't believe what was going on. He then just realised aswell in what kind of trouble he had probably gotten himself into, but he couldn't stand injustice.

... You attend Hogwarts, and you will NOT become a whore when you grow up... I apologize because I did not want to do this on my first class but, you are receiving a detention." Kaelyn stopped in her tracks outside the classroom. Should she go in or not. Evidently, this professor was not mr. nice guy. She glanced at her watch, watching the seconds tick by, a sudden realisation hit her. I am late and i am still wasting time. s**t. As Kaelyn knocked on the door, a voice boomed across the room. "s**t is right... It's probably what you'll be cleaning in detention as well..." Biting her lip, she walked in. Lets hope she would not end up in detention too. That, would be the last thing she ever wanted.
"Sorry Professor Kajikame, i got onto a changing stairs. I promise it would never happen again." She said smoothly, crossing her fingers as she hoped to be let off the hook. Looking around, she spotted a few familiar faces, of which included Yoni, Katara and Leeda. Smiling lightly at Yoni, she thought better than to wave. The class seemed tensed as she made her way to the seat behind Leeda. It had been a long time since she met her and Kaelyn missed her best friend.
She contemplated on a greeting but taking a glance at the bird, spposedly the proffesor, she decided against it as she smiled at Leeda. Swiftly, she then look around the class and followed Izzie's actions. Pointing at the glass cup instead. "Res rei vas verto dee creta" Kaelyn murmured awkwardly, taking a bet. She had read up on transfiguration, however, she was not sure how it worked. Aiming her wand at the cup, Kaelyn watched, mildly dissappointed as it turned into a pile of sand, raising her eyebrows at the failure.
"And you give detention for just talking aswell?" Kaelyn heard Yoni speak. Glanching over at him, she placed a finger on her lips. He would be getting himself into trouble like this. It was better to stay out of its way, wasn't it?
God, i learn four languages, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and English. Latin however, sucks. Sighing, she repeated the spell over and over again under her breath, virtually smoothing out the creases in her lack of fluency. Aiming the wand at the pile of sand again, Kaelyn composed herself for the unexpected. "Res rei vas verto dee creta " She muttered and watched as the sand formed into a chalk. Smiling to herself, Kaelyn gave a sigh of relief. However, it was not to be. As she reached for the stick, the chalk crumbled into a mess of powder, leaving her exasperated. My itchy hands. She wanted to smack herself. Looking up, she asked, " Proffesor, that counted right? Before it crumbled. " Kaelyn crossed her fingers again.

"Miss. Katara. Yang."
A voice in the back of her head echoed, sounding oddly pleased. I did warn you, so don't come crawling back to me, for you've nobody to blame but yourself. Growling to herself, Katara shook her head vigorously, clearly unable to take this anymore. Constantly she was getting scolded by her brain and this girl just couldn't handle it any longer - something was seriously wrong with her brain, as well as herself for talking back to it. "Oh, be quiet." Katara snapped, glowering in irritate - and much of it, mind you. This is probably the worst thing you've ever done. Stop it before you get yourself in more trouble, you stupid little girl with an ill-temper. Lifting her head, Katara silently cursed under her breath as she realized she was standing up, looking as if she were rebelling against the Professor. "Oh, God no..." Katara groaned, slamming her eyes closed. Tell me I did not just outburst at the Professor... This was an awkward position to have put herself in - she was no rebel, but supposedly the Professor thought she was, either that, or that she was just plain odd and needed help. "You will be joining Isabella Jacobs in detention AS WELL! Really, why do you children INSIST on getting into trouble, even after I've warned you?! This caused her eyes to widen in astoundment. "Wha...? Why?" Katara questioned, her normal quiet voice at a high volume. "I didn't attempt to flirt with you, or be a teacher's pet!!" Katara screamed, fuming. As the first year began fuming all the more and wanting to scream her lungs out, she soon stopped, realizing her mistake. Why do you insist on getting in more trouble? What would Edward think if he heard you talking this way to the Professor? At this rate, you'll be getting dentention all month. A year, even. Just back down while you still can. "Fine." Katara mumbled, sitting herself down once more, folding her arms over one another.[/ul]

"Please, it's not my fault I subconsciously flirt with any guy, it' s just how I am. I can't help."
Takai sighed. "Sadly, it is apparently true..." Then Izzie got up and stomped over to him. Takai glared at her but she was too short to notice.
"You don't know what I've been though so before you judge me as being a whore or something. Get your facts."
"HA!" Takai said, feeling as if he were fighting with his students, "You have NO IDEA what I have been through. I wouldn't even BOTHER telling you because it would probably make you cry... So Isabella Jacobs, you get your facts. Oh! I have one fact for you. I am your Professor and you need to SIT DOWN."
She stomped over to her place and did the spell almost perfectly. Finally, they use their anger for something resourceful...
Takai slightly smiled as she dropped the chalk in his hand. My teaching methods DO work! Spells work best when your feeling a strong emotion. And anger is the only one that I can personally bring upon them...
"By the way, that shade isn't your colour."
...Although they hate you for it... It still benefits them... The sacrifices a teacher makes! And the little pay they get... Too bad he wasn't really doing it for the money...
"Thank you Isabella," Takai said happily, "I have a feeling that CRAP isn't your color..."
Takai dropped the chalk on his desk. Then just as he thought it was going to be peaceful-
"Professor, I don't think calling your students whores is allowed within this castle,"
Well, Mr. Reno hasn't even tried the spell in a while Maybe some anger will help him out.
"Yoni Reno," Takai said, looking out of the window, "I do not need to you to quote rules. And I did NOT call her a whore. I said I wanted to prevent her from becoming one... I try to help you children and all you do is get angry and nag me... Whatever... Sometimes I could care LESS."
"And you give detention for just talking as well?"
But of course, Mr. Reno was NOT finished and it didn't look as if he would be finished very soon. "Well... I do not give detention for talking... But I might consider it." Takai turned his gaze from the window to Yoni, piercing him with his dark green eyes. "Mr. Reno, instead of talking to me, why don't you try getting a spell right?
"Okay," Takai said, sighing, he was getting tired of this, "If you children are really going to behave so idiotically, I will disregard all points taken and detention given. Besides Isabella Jacobs... She was rude not only ONCE, but TWICE. She has used up her chances and will not be receiving anymore. Neither will anyone of you... Burst out ONE more time and detention will be given... Consider it a warning..."
"Sorry Professor Kajikame, i got onto a changing stairs. I promise it would never happen again."
Takai sighed, "Not a very good first day for the Head Girl... But I'll give you one chance and that's it..." Takai walked over to his journal and did a series of scratching and scribbling things out. Finally his journal was properly organized and ready to go... Takai sat down on his desk and thought about what to make Isabella do for her detention.
"Professor, that counted right? Before it crumbled."
Takai looked up to see Kaelyn holding a crumbled piece of chalk and sand, "Sadly, no... If you want to turn into a piece of chalk, you'll need to find out the Latin word for sand and then re-word the spell to get it to do what you want it to...
"For those of you HAVEN'T finished making the jewelery box," His gaze drifted toward toward Yoni, "You will probably be receiving extra homework so that you can keep up and all... If you already have changed the glass into a box..."
Takai turned around flicked his wand, a huge array of books cam soaring out of nowhere. "...Turn these books into a TV and then turn that TV into a cactus... It will be hard to do something like that since turning an inanimate object into an animate object is complicated, YOU. WILL. NEED. TO. SHOUT. THE. SPELLS." Takai said the last part in extra emphasis because it was necessary for them to do this to get the spell right. He flicked his wand again and the books soared over to where they needed go. "Good luck!" Takai turned into a bird and landed on a rafter. He stood there, looking down upon his students' "progress."
((OOC: You will need to make up the spells for the TV etc. You should refer to my first post if you need help remembering how to construct a Transfiguration spell... Use an online translator to help if you don't know any Latin!))

She'd spaced out. mentally cursing herself for her stupidity, she snapped back to attention. "15 points form ravenclaw? Great. Thanks a lot, girls!" Though she normally didn't have thoughts like that, she couldn't help but be a little annoyed. After all, housepoints were something important, weren't they? And what about the house cup? To keep herself from glaring at the two girls, she realized what she was supposed to do. He'd told her to give the box naother try, but since she'd spaced out, she couldn't.
"Res rei vas verto dee creta," she said, narrowing her eyes at the box as she spoke and flicked her wand. It was all she could do to hope she'd put enough emotion into the spell. That seemed to be her mistake with Tranfiguration, emotion. Although that wasn't entirely her fault. Natasha's eyes widened as the box turned into a light blue piece of chalk. She'd finally gotten a spell right on her first try. She picked it up carefully, holding it gently between her fingers.
"Professor, is this okay?" she asked softly, trying not to anger him anymore than he already was. She jumped when he spoke again, his voice loud as he instructed them to turn the books into a TV and the TV into a cactus. She gulped silently. How was she supposed to do that? Keeeping herself from jumping again as the books landed, Natasha made sure she wasn't going to be the first one to try out the spell. Fat chance of that happening.

"Mr. Reno, instead of talking to me, why don't you try getting a spell right?".
Yoni looked at the professor as he said that, it looked like he had gotten on his bad side after all, but he couldn't help it, this teacher acted like he could talk to them any way the want, if he wanted respect, then he would need to return it first. Yoni said nothing and said back down, looking at his glass, some anger still inside him and he would give the spell another try, to get his mind fixed on something else.
"Res rei vas verto dee amond archa!" He said and flicked his wand, his glass turned into a jewelry box and by the looks of it, it was a real one, not one with a glassy surface. He then still had to turn it into a chalk, he tried to remember the words and then said them.
"Res rei vas verto dee creta!" Yoni said, flicking his wand again and now it changed into a red chalk, he was suprised that he had got on the first try now and he couldn't help but grin a little, his anger leaving him slowly.

Leeda sighed as the class suddenly emulted into turmoil. Izzie was defending herself, saying it wasn't her fault. "Yeah, right...like you can't control yourself," she muttered. Silently, she was glad Izzie had never taken any interest in her boyfriend Troy.
She took up her wand, feeling a slight vexation since the professor was being such a git and called out, "Res rei vas verto dee creta." Her jewelry box shifted into a purple piece of chalk...that glittered. She smiled at it and twirled it in her fingers, wondering if the glitter mattered at all. Suddenly, a familiar voice was heard. She looked up and smiled to Kaelyn, whom she sadly had not seen in awhile. "Hey besty," she said smiling, feeling regret for their lack of communication as of late. "I'm sorry to say it's been awhile. We should do something soon....Maybe a double date!" The idea of a double date with Kaelyn and Yoni brightened her melancholy mood.
Professor Kajikame suddenly gave them another assignment....or two! She raised her hand, hoping that what she had to say would not land her in a deduction of housepoints. "Um...Professor, I was just wondering.....Don't lessons usually only have one or two tasks...not ...four?"
