Summer nights were always the time of month were murder and mystery came clashing against one another, wasn't it? Well, this Summer was exactly that.
As it had been officially announced a few days ago, a recent murder had appeared in Sydney - which in all honesty wasn't that much of a coincidence, not really. As it had been told in the newspaper, a young child of eleven had been dismembered. Quite gorey, yes? The body parts had apparently been found nearby a beach, which the police and investigators had been occupying ever since to avoid anything as such to happen a second time around.
After having of seen such a sight, Annabella covered her mouth in order to prevent herself from vomiting. Truly it was a nightmare of a sight. The only thought going through her head repeatedly was; What did that person do to deserve such a unjustified death? Having of managed to go through each day as a joy, she did not know that such horrible things had been happening to those of young age to as where they hadn't reached they're full potential yet. It made her hate herself just for having so much peace in her life.
But happiness is always limited, no matter what.
Excuse me, miss.
Turning her head around, Annabella blinked down at the young girl pulling lightly at her dress. Bellow her stood a purple haired girl at about, probably, eight years of age. To her own eyes, she looked rather curious to as of what happened in this specific area and why Police where telling people to not cross the line. What else would you expect from a child after all? "Sorry, am I blocking your view?" Annabella asked, then back stepped a bit. "But then again, it's better that you don't see such a sight." She sighed, smiling warmly.
Huh? Oh. No, I'm not trying to see what's going on. Actually, I don't plan to, Sydney has enough murder going around enough as it is. But that's besides the point, aren't you a student from Hogwarts? Eh, and why are you in Sydney, when their is so many other places. Unless... you want to be murdered this Summer. Do you?
The sudden glint of insanity that showed in the girls eyes alarmed the Hufflepuff, as well as her threating question. What brought this up out of the blue? Suddenly it was against all superficial laws to go to Sydney for a little bit of relaxing? Letting out an awkward laugh, Annabella shook her head side to side, as if finding this non-humoring situation humoring. "N-No, not at all. Hah hah hah. Eeeeh. Um. I'm sorry but I have to go now, so by all means do whatever it was you wanted to do."
I don't exactly see the humor in my words of warning, Miss Hale. However, I'll leave you be for the meantime. Please, by all means enjoy Sydney.
A long pause emerge from her words, causing Annabella to stiffen, horror-struck. How...? How did she know my surname? She doesn't, perhaps, know my first name? Because... if thats so, I don't understand. Forcing a grin, Anna waved at the girl, pushing the thought back. "Don't worry, I shall!"
...
He'll find you either way.
