Agh..." Her cry caused guilt and so he bit harder to think about how much he enjoyed the blood, it was starting to fill him and soon he was sobering.
"Yes, I've worked it out, I'm smart. Most people would just think you were a nut." He bit harder once again drinking more, but soon he was letting go and slid back, a little blood drizzled down his chin and Shadow ran his tongue over his chin to lick it up with the back of his tongue. "If you feel so bad, than let me go," Shadow sighed and slid off her but held on top her wrists, ”Look, I’m going to heal the cut it’s not bad so don’t think your about to die, so sit still.” He said slowly releasing her wrists as he reached into his pocket drawing out a potion from his pocket.

"Ah," He bit harder, and her neck throbbed, still. It hurt, but she'd felt much worse pain, so she sat there, taking it in. Maybe this was karma. Maybe she'd killed someone in a past life and this is what she got for it. She sighed, her shoulders dropping. She felt his tongue run up her neck, and shuddered a little.
Suddenly she felt the weight on her waist drop. She was free! Maybe all that guilt-tripping had payed off. Wonderingly, her blind gaze traveled back to Shadow. She didn't know it, but she was staring straight into his eyes. "Thank you." She said, raising her eyebrow. When he released her wrists she immedietly brought them up to her neck, touching the wound and quickly retracting her hand, it burned a lot. She winced in pain and brought her hands down, rubbing her wrists a little. "That hurt a lot, you know." She said, raising her eyebrow.

"That hurt a lot, you know." Shadow gave her a apologetic smile, ”Sorry, Vampires gotta eat.” He said tipping the potion to the side into a small cup pid and pushed it into her hands. He guided them up to her lips gently, ”here drink it, it’ll close the wound right up.” He explained quietly. This way she wouldn’t turn, this way her memory will dull and she would fall asleep and wake thinking it was all a dream. He felt guilt for going to leave her. But it was for the best, maybe he should leave a letter…even when she could not read it. It was worth a go. As soon as she had passed out he leant her body against the tree as if she was just sleeping and rummaged through his pocket for quill and parchment before writing quickly. Thankyou Eevee, this might sound odd but you a friend and I stole something form you, I’ll repay you one day. I O U, keep that in mind, you Vampire friend. His finger reached up and traced the scar he left on her neck, she’d never see it, so he didn’t mind, but he bit her in a way, her blood belonged to him. He tried to ignore that thought and folded the letter slipping it in her pocket, getting up he ran off into the forrest of darkness.

"Thanks," Eevee said, gratefully. For a blood-hungry vampire, he sure was nice. When he wasn't... you know... drinking all of your blood... The liquid was disgusting. But she drank it up, not thinking about it. She was just glad the pain was going to stop quickly. As soon as the potion slid down her throat, Eevee began to feel a little woozy. "Hey... Shadow..." She said, sleepily, "Don't forget me, 'kay?" She said, before drifting into a totally deep sleep.
"Stop!" The harsh voice screamed at the young girl, who was running through the snow. She was trying to get away from someone. Eevee looked back, trying to spot the mean people. These mean people wanted to hurt her. She looked back, seeing the snow drift down on to the trees and houses. It was such a pretty day, she should be playing like a normal little girl. Not running for her life. She tripped. "No, no, no!" She yelled, trying to pull herself up. But it was too late. She felt a hard pain in her arm, and another, and another. So many stings in her arm. The white snow was beginning to turn red. She screamed in a panic. "Help me! Someone, please help!" She screamed. No one did anything. They kept hurting her. The snow was stained with blood now. She looked up and the last thing that she saw was a face. So full of hate, that even Eevee could feel it. And then everything went black... forever...
Eevee woke up in a horrible daze. She could feel tears falling down her cheeks and she was shaking. She looked around, trying to see something, anything... but it was gone. Where was that boy?...Or was that a dream? She couldn't remember. Everything was dull, but she could still feel the sharp pain in her arm, and head. She clutched her left arm, and sighed. It was still light, but it was quite later, she could tell. "What happened?" She asked herself. The sun was about to go down, and Eevee was against a tree. She didn't know why she was against a tree, but she was going to be in so much trouble. She brought her knees to her chest and felt something in her pocket. She pulled out a piece of paper and felt it for a second. She could feel the steady rises and bumps of ink, and knew something was written on it. "Erm..." She pulled out her wand and tapped the paper, muttering, "Lego ad mihi,"
The whole thing was recited to Eevee in her head. She blinked in disbelief, standing up. "Hello!?" She yelled into the forest, hearing the sounds of night beginning to fall. "Anyone?...Please..." She said, sitting down.
She was alone, in a forest, under a tree, with a note from a vampire who took something from her.
This day was just getting worse and worse.
And now it was night. So, Eevee was about to get eaten by a werewolf or attacked by some other creature of the night, and she was alone. And she hated it.

A crackling was heard as Brandi beat her way through the bush. "Bloody spider webs and bloody insects!" She muttered to herself as she squessed through some trees. Being ungraceful she tripped over a root and fell flat on her face. "Oww! What was that for!" She turned and glared at the offending root and shook her fist at it. She turned her head back to push herself up when she came face to face with a shoe. `
