[Edward Elric]

( This takes place BEFORE the Angel of Thoughts )

Edward Elric stood in the forest, coughing. His chest hurt... what's going on? Edward slid down to the ground, blood on the front of his shirt. D...darn it. It hurts... Edward held his chest. His heart was thumping furiously... but something seemed to be restraining the movements of his heart, and causing every beat to hurt and slow his heart down.

"Gasp...!" Edward had blood flowing out of his mouth. This is... bad... someone... help... Edward thought, his heart aching...

"Help...!" He called out, gurgling a little.

[Alex Rider]

Derek was once.... again walking in the forest. He was wondering if he should keep coming here... its kind of freaky, walking around alone and talking to himself. Then he heard a faint gurgle. And a small call for help. Then nothing. Derek tensed and looked around. "Umm, hello?" Derek asked, then he saw the boy lying on the ground, with blood all over him. "HEY!" Derek bent down beside the golden haired boy and lay him on the ground, looking at him. "I..." Derek looked at the guy. (It seems like his chest is hurting. Wait... does that mean...!?)

Derek opened his pouch, where all the surgical tools he always carried around were and took out the ultrasound device. "The... Chiral reaction is... present?" Derek thought.

"Derek!"

Derek turned around, looking at a tall woman... and Angie.

"Naomi... Angie?! What are you doing here?" Derek asked. "Okay, no more talking. I think this boy has the GUILT. The ultrasound shows that the Chiral reaction belongs to the Savato. We have to operate on him here... And... I need your help."

"I know. That's why I called you. I have been following you around. Everyone does not feel safe for you running around like this, but we have no time. Alright, let's review the boy's condition."

"The boy's weak, and we have to work on him fast." Angie said, looking at them.

Derek nodded and continued. "Chiral reaction shows that the GUILT Savato is at his heart. We have to destroy its nest and succesfully exterminate it."

"I will save this patient!" Derek yelled and pulled on his face mask.

[Edward Elric]

Edward Elric opened his eyes and stared up at three faces looking down at him. His chest hurt, but its not on the inside, its on the outside. Edward looked down to see himself half naked. With a bandage on his chest. "What the... Who are you guys? I feel so dizzy..." Edward closed his eyes and breathed slowly. My chest hurts... why is there a bandage? Edward opened his eyes and looked at the three who were keeping their equipment... of... scapels... some kind of green serum... a black serum... a roll on bandage, a laser thingie... and etc surgery stuff. "What the.... hell? What's going on? You... performed... a surgery? Here?"

Edward couldn't believe it. "What's wrong...?"

[Alex Rider]

Derek stared at Edward and smiled, pulling down his mask. "Don't worry, you're fine now." Derek said, packing up and snapping the lid of his pouch close. The woman did the same to hers and stood up. "Derek, looks like you don't need me to worry about." Naomi said, smiling slightly. "I'll get back to Caduceus now... I think they'll be asking me about you. Just take care of yourself. I might come back once in awhile to visit you."

Derek stared back at Naomi and smiled. "Thanks for your help."

"Thank you... doctor." Angie said, smiling.

"See you, Doctor Stiles."

"You've contracted a virus that a secret society named Delphi had created and spread among people. I already got rid of it in Japan, but I got a tip that it had started spreading here. I was afriad, so I came over. By the way, I never got your name." Derek said, sighing.

"Oh, and the word GUILT is actually an accroynm. GUILT stands for Gangliated Utrophin Immuno Latency Toxin." Derek said. "Come, I'll help you get back to the castle. Thank god I was around here actually, if not, you'd have... died."

[Edward Elric]

Edward looked up at Derek and smiled. "Edward Elric. Pleased to meet you, 'Doctor Stiles'." Edward said, letting Derek help him up. "GUILT... Flashy name for a disease." Edward said with a sour look. "It had hurt me for about a week... and I didn't know anything about it. I just know I am very.... VERY prone to injuries." Edward said, covering his face with one hand, embarassed. "Well.... uh, thank you, sweet and beautiful young lady." Edward said, looking over at Angie. "Are you called... Angie?" Edward squinted at the name tag on her nurse uniform. Then he stared at Derek's. "Derek Stiles." Edward nodded.

"Okay."

[Kaelyn Amethyst]

[ AHHH ! I am replied, finally. Sorry to keep you waiting ! Ill update the other thread ASAP. Got to go for steamboat now ;D ]

In her hands, held a letter, a card.

Nothing personal, the only sign to indicate any sign of recognition was the bold letter on the envelope. Miss Kaelyn Amethyst The card was simple, it was spposed to carry with it happiness, joy. However, none of those feeling applied to Kaelyn as she read. You have been cordially invited to the wedding of Ms. Katherine Amethyst and Mr. Alex Jones .... There, throughout the silence of the common room, she could hear her heart breaking.

Kaelyn went into the forbidden forest unwittingly. She had been pondering over the previous matter before realising her folly. " Where am i ?" She mumbled, her answer came from her own mind. In the forbidden forest, silly ! That is what you get for being distracted. The girl looked around, confused. It seemed like a foreign part of the forest she was at, a deep part she had never been to. Sighing, Kaelyn snapped out of her thoughts. "Damn. "

She walked around in circles, unsure of direction. It seemed to be forever since she had been stuck. Kaelyn could not think too rationally. Through a clearing she heard voices. Usually, her better sense would tell her to check things out first. For strangers may spell danger. However, today, Kaelyn walked straight into the clearing, interrupting what seemed to be a jolly meeting. Tilting her head, slightly puzzled, she spoke. " Edward? Derek? " The names of her friends came to her lips automatically upon seeing them. " Help. I am lost. " She said, smiling in relief as she sat down on a fallen log. Her previous worries and hurt stuffed aside.

They could wait.

"Wow, you're a sharp one... eh... wait a moment..." Derek frowned. "Ed..ward... Elric... Elric... Oh, you're THE EDWARD ELRIC?! Oh, I met your engineer once and she claims that she's a doctor too." Derek laughed and looked down at Edward. "I didn't know the real Head Boy is so short and tiny!" Derek laughed.

Then he turned back to see the girl from the previous FF encounter. "Oh, Miss. Amethyst." Derek said, looking down at her foot. Well, he did get ticked ff by her for touching her foot. "You're lost?"
